Designed and manufactured with high-quality PVC with UV inhibitors to prevent discoloration. Heat-welded edges and grommet. Single hole on all sizes except 3 holes for 8-1/2 in x 11 in size. All sizes listed are based on the size of the intended insert. All pockets are slightly larger than listed size for ease of use.
